Checking your firmware revision: To see what version of firmware your instrument has installed, simply turn the instrument OFF (if a UPS is installed, disconnect it); wait for approx. 1 minute and turn the unit ON; the firmware revision will be printed as the system starts up.

There are three different types of "Sequence of Event Recorders"; MPT, MPT1, MPT2. The MPT1 and MPT2 are the only models that have been tested. These products are Y2K compliant for the date change from 12/31/99 to 1/1/00 and to report data as specified. Both are also compliant for the Year 2000 Leap Year.
